The position requires 6 yrs minimum experience drafting structural engineering plans utilizing AutoCADD and/or MicroStation (V8 / GeoPak preferred) CAD programs. Associates degree preferred.

| Job Description: Project Engineer – Water Resources. The ms consultants Water Resources Service Area provides innovative solutions for storm water, floodplain, and ecological systems. As a member of our growing Water Resources team, the Project Engineer will work on multiple projects simultaneously with our current engineering staff and support personnel. Projects may include: highway/municipal storm sewer systems, storm water utility development, water quality best management practices, multistage detention basins, pump stations, watershed/floodplain studies, and dam rehabilitations. Engineer may also assist other service areas on projects as needed.
Ideal candidate will have significant experience in the above project settings, be self-motivated and excel in a dynamic work environment, and have the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Required: BSCE, 5-8 yrs. experience, Professional Engineer, significant experience using modeling software including HEC programs. Preferred: Knowledge using AutoCAD, MicroStation, and ArcGIS. |
